NCS Care was founded with one belief: every person living with disability deserves a life of dignity, choice, and genuine opportunity. Based in Charlestown NSW, we have grown from a small team into one of Newcastle's most trusted NDIS Provider New Castle s.

We work alongside participants and families, listening carefully to their goals, then building flexible support plans that evolve with them. We never believe in one-size-fits-all care.

Our Story

A Decade of Meaningful Impact

2012

Founded in Charlestown

NCS Care was established by registered nurses and social workers with a shared vision of transforming disability support in the Hunter Region.

2016

NDIS Registration & Expansion

We became one of the first registered NDIS providers in Greater Newcastle, rapidly expanding our team to 30+ dedicated staff.

2019

Supported Independent Living

We launched our flagship SIL program, providing supported accommodation for participants seeking greater independence.

2022

500 Participants Milestone

A proud milestone — NCS Care reached 500 active participants, cementing our position as a leading care provider across the Hunter Region.
