Join a team of passionate professionals making a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
At NCS Care, we believe great care starts with great people. We invest in our team because we know that when our staff thrive, the participants we support thrive too.
Whether you are a seasoned disability professional or just beginning your care career, we have pathways for growth, a supportive culture, and meaningful work that genuinely impacts lives.
We believe our people deserve to be supported as much as our participants. Here's what working at NCS Care looks like.
Choose shifts that fit your life. We offer full-time, part-time, and casual options with notice-friendly scheduling and genuine work-life balance.
We fund your growth. Mandatory and optional training is fully paid, including specialist certifications, first aid, and NDIS-specific courses.

Regular team check-ins, peer support networks, and a management team with an open-door policy. You are never alone on the floor.
Join as a support worker and grow into coordination, team leadership, or clinical roles. We promote from within wherever possible.
